All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)

Honda Fourtrax Foreman

The Honda FourTrax Foreman is arguably the most respected ATV in Ireland. People love them because they are extremely reliable, starts in all weather, handles rough terrain well, excellent resale value and simple engineering. Honda’s reputation in Ireland is almost unmatched in the agricultural ATV world. Typical uses are sheep farming, cattle farms, mountain terrain and general farm transport.

Yamaha Kodiak 700

The toughest all-round worker, the Yamaha Kodiak 700 is one of the strongest competitors to Honda in Ireland. It’s especially popular on larger farms, for forestry work or heavy towing applications. The Kodiak is known for excellent traction, strong torque, durable transmission and comfortable ride quality
Irish terrain is often wet, uneven, boggy and steep. The Kodiak handles these conditions extremely well.

Can-Am Outlander

The premium power ATV, the Can-Am Outlander is increasingly popular in Ireland because of its high power, comfort, advanced features and strong towing capacity. Compared with Honda and Yamaha it’s more powerful, more modern and has a premium feeling. Can-Am is especially common among contractors, larger landowners, recreational riders and buyers wanting comfort and performance.

Polaris Sportsman 570

The versatile all-purpose ATV, the Polaris Sportsman 570 has become very common in Ireland due to its balance between work capability, comfort and recreational usability. The Polaris tends to appeal more to mixed-use buyers for example for rural recreation, smaller farms, utility and leisure users.

Enduro Events

Ireland’s premier Enduro racing club, TORC is a club run by Enduro Riders for Enduro Riders. Their aim is to provide and run the best Enduro events in the country. 

Off-Road in the North

The MRA is responsible for the promotion of Motocross, Enduro, Sidecarcross, Quadcross and Supermoto events in Ulster. 

Irish National Rally

The Irish National Motorcycle Rally is a non-competitive “shot-gun start scatter rally”, which will be held over the weekend of the 29th and 30th of August in 2026.
